The firm represented the Law Society of Kenya in Constitutional Petition No. 5 of 2018, Jackson Mukhongo & Others vs The Attorney General and in Judicial Review No. 364 of 2018, Francis Andrew Moriasi vs The Attorney General and the Law Society of Kenya where the applicants sought orders to restrain the respondent from implementing their circular titled, Guidelines on Provision of Legal Services by the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice.
Mr. Kamau is a director of Tumshangilieni Mtoto which is a Non-governmental organization that empowers former street children and helps provide them with a home, education, performing arts training and medical care.
